Supervises processes and methods of product development, Ensures and avoids leaks of product not according to the customer, capable of analyzing product not in accordance with the 8 Ds methodology.
Support to improvement projects (Scrap, PPMs, etc.
)**His/Her main responsibilities are**:Product and Process Knowledge:1.
Clear understanding of whole process and product functionality and being the technical customer support besides the TPL.

Creates, improves and audits the Test Coverage.
3.
Able to perform trend analyses on test data to identify early product degradations and prevent escapees to the customer 4.
Supports and evaluates change request implementation 5.
Identfies and propose improvements in the process and product designs.Customer Return Handling:1.Improves FA process and designs FA process for new products, and NTF reduction for customer returns.
2.
Capable to improve the FA flow.
3.
Liaison between Customer Service Engineer (CSE), WRC and Design Teams in resolving complex FA warranty issues.
4.
Supports and defines the containment, corrective and preventive actions implementation and is able to measure effectiviness for the 8Ds.Internal Quality:1.Interacts with design engineering to implement running changes (new components, design changes, software changes, model rolls, product improvements, etc) CRB 2.
Supports scrap analysis as well as scrap reduction activities.
3.
Evaluates risk assesments for quality topics and propose screening methds if necessary.
4.
Advise the APNC technians for internal anlysis when necesary and carries over FA improvements to the production FA technicians.Customer Requirements:1
