Product Engineer (Sustaining)

**-MAQUILADORA CONFIDENCIAL****Solicita**:**PRODUCT ENGINEER (Sustaining)****Descripción y Requisitos****Main roles & responsibilities**:- Analyze the information available to identify causes of failures and solutions to reduce and/or prevent them.- Coordinate and direct an effective, correct, clear, understandable, complete and adequate data collection of failures and repair actions.- Develop training programs and fault analysis and repair guides for technicians in charge of diagnosing and repairing units.- Identify problems, opportunities for improvement and/or risks during NPI runs and provide advice and suggestions to reduce risks.- Identify and direct improvements to failure analysis and repair processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency.- Identify, develop and implement new tools, processes and methods for failure analysis to make repair processes more effective.- Get involved when problems and/or risks are identified in products and/or processes to help identify causes and solutions.- Provide support in the training of repair technicians to help them improve their effectiveness, efficiency and speed.- Provide support and guidance in component failure analysis.- Provide advice on failure analysis of hard-to-repair units.**Requirements**:- Education: electronic engineering, mechatronics.- Fault analysis, components, assemble.- Computer repair, knowledge of the structure, SAP.- English & Ms Office advanced.Puesto: Ingeniero - Producto**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
