Customer communication/report.
Perform Stack up Analysis.
Bill of Materials (BOM) update and release.
Product Drawings update and release.
DFMEA update and release.
Engineering test specifications update and release.
Quote prototype samples to customers.
Conduct, coordinate and report validation tests together with product laboratories.
Perform and report problem solving according to the product line needs.
Conduct and coordinate prototype builds in Technical Center or Borg Warner plant together with prototype team.
IMDS Submission.
Production plant engineering technical support.
- Major Job Qualifications/Specific Skills:
- Required:_
- 3+Years of professional experience.
- Enginering Degree (Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic, engineering).
- English (Speaking/writing).
- DFMEA.
- Microsoft office.
- Organized.
- Bill of materials (BOM).
- 8 D's -Statistical analysis.
- Mechanical print specification, GD&T.
- Preferred:_
- GES Database.
- Solid Edge.
- Gears design.
- GD&T.
- Shainin.
- Substances of concern (RoHS, REACH) knowledge -IATF 16949.
- Mechanical properties analysis.
- Electronic Circuit Board Knowledge.
