SME Product Engineering will lead all change management-related projects, including CM tool deployments, must train the Site's employees about CM (ECN, MCN, PCN), and conduct audits to ensure the proper and efficient execution of the CM Procedure and improve the site CM processes. Through the standardization, optimization, and simplification of projects, SME Product Engineering ensures the stakeholders effectively and efficiently execute the change management process.Requires Engineering Bachelors degree or equivalent; 3-5 years of working experience in change management or related field; 8 or more years of experience in an ECO Coordinator/Product Engineering function with MrP experience; Must have experience working with product specifications and customer documentation.
