Product Engineering Superintendent (R)

Product Engineering Manager**Education**:Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computing systems or similar.**Experience**:Requires minimum of 2 years of related experience; **Knowledge**: English 90%, 6 sigma, Engineering Change Order (ECOs), AVL updates through MCOs, customer conference calls, Deviation process from Customer. Manufacturing Process, Projects planing, AGILE, ORACLE, electronics, engineering changes, Rohs, English (90% Min.) MRB analysis, assembly drawings and specifications NPI.**Required skills**:Fluency and communication, analytical, methodical, results-oriented, Teamwork.**Personality trait**: Ability to negotiate, Sense of urgency and proactive.**Responsibilities**:- ECO/MCO/Deviation management control system and production floor implementations- MRB controls- Product Technicians training development and activities coordination- To develop continuos improvement projects- To lead and coordinate ECO weekly customer conference calls as well as internal ECO meetings with Materials and Program Management departments.
