We make healthcare more accessible poviding contact tools between patienst and doctors.Mission:The Product Expert will be responsible for driving business growth, helping the Product Team at building innovative solutions that meet customers and business needs. She/he will be required to review/test new features, to check the quality of the product and the features' effectiveness, to suggest improvements collected from internal surveys and clients' interactions. The Product Expert will act as a Product ambassador, spreading product knowledge and keeping people engaged on a high level.Descripción del empleoAs a Product Expert, you will be responsible for:- Manage product knowledge from both a technical and a business perspective, establishing a transparent and continuous communication with CS and SALES and representing the voice of the customer within our organization in terms of product.- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and share them with the Product Team with proper prioritization.- Acting as interface between global markets and internal functions such as Sales, Customer Success and Country Manager.- Plan and implement trainings from a theoretical and practical point of view of every new product feature.- Perform in-depth market analysis (trends, competition, etc) and identify customer requirements, value proposition, and unlocking new opportunities for Docplanner.- Help Customer Support teams to diagnose issues and resolve escalated bugs using established processes keeping a low % of lack of knowledge reports**Requisitos**:Hard Skills- Project management- Computer skills (Google Drive, Presentation, Excel, Word, Power Point)- Presentation skills- Additional computer skills (Data Studio, Google Sites, DataBase, Graphics, Programming etc)- Public speakingSoft Skills:- Strategic and critical thinking- AdvocacyCreativity & Innovation, curiosity- Analytical thinking- Interpersonal communication- Collaboration- Self-adaptability and self-awareness- Learning orientationInformación adicional- Competitive Salary- Stock Options Plan- Pantry vouchers- ?
