.**Purpose**As a Product Growth Manager you'll drive the growth and optimization of Kueski's products through data analysis, experimentation, and strategic insights. This role collaborates with Product and Engineering on solutions that improve user experience while also designing strategies for sustainable business growth together with Risk, Collections, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations. The focus of this role is to increase user acquisition, retention, and revenue by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective growth strategies.**Key Responsibilities**:- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities to grow lending products- Design, implement and track growth strategies looking for sustainable growth- Collaborate with Risk and Finance departments to elaborate financial forecasts translating the global strategy into measurable drivers- Elaborate cost-benefit analysis and evaluation of new opportunities to either increase growth or revenue- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to implement growth initiatives- Design, coordinate, implement and track marketing campaigns, including communication and contact strategy, customer segmentation, cost-benefit analysis and tracking- Responsible of the pricing of the products and features associated to them- Translate ambiguous or complex ideas into clear, executable projects; communicate this as well as plans, objectives and performance measures and progress to all stakeholders- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and communicate insights to stakeholders- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to product growth and analytics- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts or team members- Continuously iterate and optimize growth strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by providing actionable recommendations for business growth**Position Requirements**:- At least 8+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, or related fields- Exposure to working in a startup or fast-paced and agile development environment- Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into scalable strategies that solve problems- Solid financial acumen, ideally with experience in financial services- Experience developing and executing growth and marketing strategies- Understanding of business models and credit products- Experience developing cost-benefit and LTV analysis
