**Your Role (i.E. Key Job Responsibilities)**:- Lead SCM team in the sourcing process activities & the program development- SCM Lead for new programs with a cross functional team as Sales, Engineering, Ordering, Quality and Manufacturing in accordance with the Aptiv Enterprise Operating System (EOS)- Track and report program status at multiple internal gates and external customer meetings, related to raw material.- Ensure all projects are flawlessly launched and risk mitigation actions are tracked to completion- Ensure projects are kept within the material cost approved AR during quotation until SOP- Ensure material it is according to the project timing is met as defined by customers (both internal and external)- Manage material risk activities and escalate issues as required- Ensure material compliance with customer specific requirements**Your Required Background (i.E. Must Haves)**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent- 4+ years' experience in Automotive Industry preference in some of the following areas, Supply Change management, Material/Ordering, Engineering, or Quality.- Language-Spanish & English for 70%- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Strong customer and result orientation- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization**Your Preferred Background (i.E. Nice to Haves)**:- Previous leadership experience within Project/Program Management, Product Engineering Project Lead, Mfg.
