Requisition ID: 33458- Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXAs a constantly growing company, we are seeking a Structure Engineer to join our diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Be responsible for MCHE product structure according to specification, prepares and maintains 3D models, 2D engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Coordinate with project engineer to handle the customer projects.
- Follow up released products and improve product structure continuously.
- Be responsible for the product changes with MCHE already in portfolio result for a process or design improvement.
- Maintain ad optimize the Bills of Materials (BOM) structure in an accurate, timely manner whilst supporting the parts release and engineering change processes follow directives or standards.
- Be responsible for label design and database for product and packaging.
- Assist in conceptual design an verify new structure designs.

**Background & Skills**:

- More than 3 years with bachelor's degree work experience on mechanical engineering or related.
- Proficient CAD (Inventor, Solidworks, Creo, etc.) software skills.
- Fluent English skills both in writing and speaking.
- Team player with the ability to have cross-function cooperation.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Excel and analytical tools.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Experience of BoM control and understanding of change management processes.
- Previous skills and experience in working in a manufacturing engineering environment.
- Must be highly competent in transposing data and performing comparisons across reports from different database systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work proactively both independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and orally, with a broad range of people
