In this role, you will be responsible for HR offerings with ADP Workforce Now, the leading mid-market all-in-one HCM solution serving over 100,000 clients and consistently rated as "Top Product for HR Teams" by G2 Crowd. You will lead a team of 4-7 product managers and work closely with multiple ADP tech teams of developers, user experience experts, and others, in addition to clients and business leaders, to set the strategic product foundation to achieve market success. You'll also be accountable for something else significant: the uncompromising quality of our products.
Your day-to-day will focus on product delivery and innovation with engineers, architects, your product management team, and clients to create easy-to-use, elegant solutions that present a seamless client experience. You will be responsible for taking what you deliver on your product roadmap into the marketplace. You will work with product marketing and the sales organization to integrate the products into sales plans and match your growth and market share targets. You will work with the Client Service and Implementation teams to ensure an effortless implementation process and client experience that results in strong client retention. You will collaborate and communicate with Senior Leaders and business partners to gain alignment and a consistent strategy across all markets.
To thrive in this role, your ten-plus years of experience in cloud-based solutions with hands-on involvement in creating and executing successful strategies to deliver products to market in an Agile environment will be an essential factor in your success. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Product Strategy and Go-To-Market:Develop cross product strategies with aligned, multi-year roadmaps to improve products. Partner with product leaders in and across ADP's portfolio of products, business stakeholders, and development teams at ADP.Customer Experience and Market Orientation:Defines and communicates the broader product ecosystem to stakeholders.Proactively organizes teams across products to collect customer insights as products and markets are evolving.Understand competitors and the market to help identify and strategize around new partnerships or acquisition targets to broaden or enhance a product portfolio.Create Storylines, conceptualizing the holistic user experience.Design, create and deliver presentations on tax - payroll and other functions, utilizing advanced level of knowledge.Measurable Outcome Focus:Knows which are the most meaningful KPIs to track across products to drive product OKRs.Anticipates and addresses roadblocks in product roadmap & development to keep projects on time and in scope.Product Leadership and Impact:Generates and proposes, to stakeholders, new products and features. Challenges (Engineering) business teams to design suites of products taking them beyond individual solutions.Anticipates new features across products, prioritizing them to maximize NPS, retention and unit growth.Can speak confidently about the technology used in each product and the associated benefits and drawbacks (challenges).Mentors & coaches peers and lower tenured PMs through deliveries and effectiveness.Experience: 10+ years of experience managing an agile design-driven, user-centered product and development team supporting the delivery of web/mobile based product(s).TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.Patience and dedication, with the ability to navigate complex environments through product thinking and leadership style.Proven ability to partner effectively across functions, in complex organizations.Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical issues simply and convincingly to help drive fast decisions.Experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, competitive insights and applying to product strategy & roadmap.What are you waiting for?
