**A Snapshot of Your Day****How You'll Make an Impact**- Support/Lead Product Development for products as defined in the R&D portfolio (Product Management).- Collaborate with engineering team to help support creation of product packages release.- Engage and/or lead engineering efforts, including Fleet operational monitoring for GT fleet.- Kick-off and lead RCA (Root Cause Investigation) within GT and Repair.- Create and/or support engineering documents to support release of recommendations.- Support Service Product lines in developing internal pricing for new products.- Negotiation, bid support and implementation for new products developed under R&D portfolio.- Expected travel to be approx. 25%.**What You Bring**- Engineering graduate/postgraduate degree preferably in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Aerospace with at least 10 years of professional experience, master's degree preferred.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position; experience in the energy industry is preferred.- Combined cycle and balance of plant experience is desirable, but not required.- Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English.- Knowledge of second language considered an asset (Spanish, Portuguese or other).- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial attitude.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong interest in learning, with basic program management skills and good team working skills.- Ability to move and change easily between work topics and ad-hoc requests from partners.- International work experience.- High level of social competence and team spirit as well as ability to structure and analyze, motivation and persistence.- Proficiency in technical writing and conducting formal presentations.- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines on time.- Be comfortable leading an expert team from multiple time zones and cultures to answer technical questions and to perform risk assessments.- Ability to establish relationships and build networks in a distributed team setup and collaborate with other groups across the organization.**About the Team**- We are a very dynamic and agile team.- All are global, which means we are diverse organization with many different cultural backgrounds which makes our jobs very interesting and collaborative by nature.- We are committed to success, sharing, and working together with many internal partners.**Who is Siemens Energy?**At Siemens Energy, we are more than just an energy technology company.
