We are an early-stage, venture-backed fintech that focuses on bringing affordable credit and financial services to small, informal business owners (micro-PYMEs) across LatAm - starting with Mexico.
We have launched a group micro-credit product earlier this year and now are planning to launch a credit card and cash advance product, including a unique group solidarity feature.
We are backed by top venture investors across the US and Mexico, and our co-founding team has spent their careers working in fintech and entrepreneurship.
This role will include a competitive salary, bonus, and equity compensation.

Responsibilities We are looking for a hard-working and highly entrepreneurial person to lead our product management and growth marketing work. You will be our first dedicated growth hire and a critical part of our leadership team.
You will initially be a leader for both growth marketing and product. Given this, we imagine most candidates will have a relative spike/deeper skills in one area – and we expect that – though we are looking for someone who can comfortably lead both functions initially.
As part of this, your marketing responsibilities will be to:
Lead multiple kinds of marketing campaigns - including performance and organic Run experiments to continuously optimize and improve performance - relative to cost and scale targets Build and continually adapt new websites, landing pages, video and other media - including sourcing and managing third-party content creators as needed A/B test multiple approaches Your product management responsibilities will be to:
Lead major parts of product management – especially pertaining to activation / onboarding, including writing user stories, roadmaps, and working with engineers You should be adept in writing user stories and engaging with technical engineering teams Communicate performance to stakeholders Be an integral part of the leadership team and shape strategy and operations approach We are a small stage startup and looking for a skilled generalist. Over time, we will hire team members in both areas – and you will either oversee both functions, or specialize in either marketing or product as we grow.
Requirements Our ideal candidate has:
Stellar fluency in business English & Spanish A stellar track record across least 5 years of growth marketing and product management Ideally some product management experience – including writing user stories, roadmaps, managing sprints, and working with engineers Proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign execution - from idea to design to execution to A/B testing Experienced working with leading analytics and advertising platforms Ideally experience in mocking up and coding landing pages directly Strong preference for previous experience working in fintech particularly with bottom-of-the-pyramid customers Previous work experience at a startup or other fast moving, highly entrepreneurial work environment Benefits In addition to working at an early stage fast moving startup - you will qualify for equity (stock option grants), competitive compensation and any bonuses, paid time off and holidays.
