Learn about the marketing business for Ethicon, a Medtech Business Unit, that has medical devices for surgical procedures, such as sutures, hemostats, staplers and energy products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory management: Being a leader in the platform forecast, accomplish forecast indicators, participate in the S&OP process. Look for strategies to reduce slow moving products and reduce Back Order.
Achieve portfolio management: Accomplish strategic products growth and mix
Develop and implement marketing plans in order to achieve our financial goals, increment our market share and establish growth in our strategic products. Ensure alignment and execution of our activation plans with our COE (Center of Excellence).
Deliver financial commitments and enhance A&P budget according to our marketing campaigns.
Define and influence the impact of using One Force in the Activation Plans execution and to supervise the critical metrics of the Marketing Plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in healthcare companies
- Language requirements - Advanced/ fluent in english
- Travel percentage - 35% national
- Valid driver's license
