Purpose As Product Analytics Lead, you'll define and drive the measurement strategy for all products inthe ecosystem, and ensure we are using information correctly for different use casessuch as strategy, cross-functional communication, and product improvements. You will work closely with engineering andproduct to create a strong culture around data instrumentation, measurement, insights, and experimentation in pursuit of our short, mid, and long-term product / business goals. Thisrole will require you to define a product analytics strategy and approach, and work with engineering managers to execute complex technical solutions to deliver robust product analytics across the organization.
\n Main objectives for this position:Work cross-functionally to identify the biggest opportunities to improvecustomer experiences and reduce operational effort / costs, and then implementprocess or product changes to fix them Drive Product Measurement and Utilization: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define, implement, and refine product measurement strategies across the ecosystem. Ensure that data-driven insights are effectively utilized to inform decisions related to communication, customer experience, and product improvements. Partner with engineering managers and product managers to define and implement complex technical solutions for measurement. Monitor the performance of the products, ensuring high-quality monitoring that yields insights on user behavior, fosters accountability, and reinforces a culture of data driven product development. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product & Engineering leadership to define and execute a strategy for product monitoring across the ecosystem. Ensure that robust analytics frameworks are in place to measure product performance, user behavior, and other key metrics. Provide thought leadership to the product and engineering organization to help drive a data-first mindset. Foster a culture where decisions are driven by insights derived from product analytics, and where continuous learning from data is a core value. Mentor and coach junior product analysts in best practice product analytics strategy, mindest, and processes Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders, both independently and in collaboration with DSEs embedded within product teamsRegularly communicate findings, trends, and progress against key performance indicators to leadership, to ensure alignment and informed decision-making across teams. Collaborate with DSEs & analysts across the org to analyze data, metrics, and user behavior trends to inform strategic decisions, improve customer experiences, reduce operational inefficiencies, and enhance product features. Ensure that product and business strategies are grounded in data and analytics, driving better outcomes for the organization. Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate analytics tools and systems into the product development lifecycle. Ensure seamless data collection and reporting mechanisms are in place to support ongoing product improvement. Position Requirements:5+ years product analytics experience, owning end-to-end product analytics pipelines and product analytics tooling (such as datadog, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc)Technical knowledge to define and implement complex analytics solutions that enable the data-driven development of world-class products.
