.-Job description**Role purpose**To ensure that Card products maintain controls, value proposition is consistent with market needs and contribute revenue to HSBC**Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities**- ** **Analysis, planning and development of new products according with customer needs taking into account the internal guidelines of HSBC- Follow up on market trends and develop sales strategies that are consistent with these trends to thereby assist in generating higher incomes for HSBC.- Negotiate and have good relationship with risk, regulatory areas, line of business, operations and business solution area.
Maintain negotiations with our supplier IDEMIA and brands VISA and MasterCard.- Cards Product role responsible for supporting the assessment and implementation of Corporate Cards in Mexico and stabilizing the existing Business & Corporate Cards proposition including onboarding processes and risk mitigation- Responsible for product positioning (how to sell in target markets) and pricing guidelines including FIM incorporation- Initiate product reviews in line with agreed roadmap to ensure that the compliance related requirements are met and also ensure all actions pints arising are duly addressed.- Create Business Case and Product Development Develop value propositions that are compelling and commercially viable to justify strategic initiatives and secure approvals- Have a sense of ownership within the team in order to support the achievement of product profitability.
