Company Description**Job Description**:- This role is mainly responsible for product management activities of Lighting Controls portfolio and reports to Product and Marketing Manager Latam.- This role has depth knowledge in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines Solves complex problems; takes a new perspectiveon existing solutions - Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes- Works independently; receives mínimal guidance.
May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience- The key stakeholders are Commercial team members and other product managers.- Work closely with marketing function to develop and maintain key sales support material including presentations, technical documents, competitive analysis, content generation for marketing campaigns, webinars, etc.
Present and promote Current product offerings at trade shows and other industry events- Engage externally, including meetings and presentations to end users, agents, and distributors.- Maintain constant awareness of competitive landscape, and voice-of-customer/partner.
Use this awareness in recommending product positioning and pricing strategies that result in effective and profitable commercialization.
**About the Team**:- This role is on the Product and Marketing Latam team.- The goals of this team are launch products in the region that match the needs of the market and our customers, ensure the profitability of the product lines, and contribute to reach the company's sales goals.- We partner with commercial team and supply team.- Members of this team have backgrounds that include Electric, Electronic and Industrial Engineering.- This team values work as team and team up with other areas.- This team enjoys make customers value our products.- Location: Mexico City, Mexico**Qualifications**:- 6+ years of experience in product management.- Academic formation in engineering.
