**Primary Purpose**:
Development and implementation of products, suppliers and commercial sales strategies, for the constant growth with sustained profitability of BU and Univar, strengthening the market position. Solve problems related to the management and administration of suppliers, products and operations, negotiation with other BU's, branch managers, commercial teams, purchasing and logistics. Determine together the optimal levels of inventory purchase and establish the sales price according to the needs of the market and customers.
**What you will do**:
- Elaborate and implement commercial strategy with focus on new suppliers, products and businesses, cascading the commercial team
- Development of suppliers and products, negotiating commercial conditions, prices, volumes and logistics.
- Cost analysis to determine sales prices according to the product-customer key
- Supplier and Product Registration and Maintenance in SAP
- Credit monitoring and customer collection
- Tracking of accounts payable suppliers
- Participation in inventory planning and purchasing to reduce slow down or full stop
- Market analysis, import reports, competition, prices, manufacturers, substitutes among others
- Contract negotiation with strategic suppliers
- Participation in the preparation of national and international tenders
- Visiting customers with the sales area
**What you will need**:
- Commercial experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Ability to close new deals, with preparation to present in front of clients, suppliers and related industry events.
- Management of Sales Force, SAP, as well as programs from the Windows ecosystem.
- Advanced English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
