We are the leaders in our market and areaccelerating to extend our lead and move into new markets.**The Role**:We are looking for a **Product Manager** to be part of this amazing and fast - growing fintech. Core team is in charge of making sure that the payment platform works for all our Merchants on every sale, maximizing the platform availability, performance and payments acceptance, ensuring the right Data downstream to enable cross teams to perform their operations, and thus, creating the experience that our customers are looking for.As Product Manager in the Core team, your role will be key to manage Acquirers and Payment Processors integration and proper operation to meet the highest standards of the Mexican banking system and provide the best payment experience for small-mid business owners.**What will I do?**- Communicate the product vision and strategy for your team and then make it happen.- Works with leadership to refine your team's vision and set a 12-month product roadmap.- Knows how to turn vision into goals, goals into a roadmap, and a roadmap into daily and weekly tasks for your team.- Excels at keeping a cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, business and product managers working effectively and efficiently.- Data-driven.
