Responsibilities span the following key areas:Product Strategy and Vision:Define and execute the product vision for a seamless and efficient cloud onboarding experienceDevelop a comprehensive product onboarding roadmap aligned with the overall company strategyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (product engineering, design, sales, and customer success) to ensure alignment and efficient executionCustomer Experience:Conduct user research and gather feedback to understand customer needs and pain pointsDesign an optimize the onboarding journey to minimize friction and maximize customer delightDevelop comprehensive onboarding documentation, tutorials, and support materialsProduct Development:Own and manage priorities and backlogs for several product engineering teams while focusing on business outcomes tied to Teradata's cloud product portfolio and strategic initiativesElaborate roadmap initiatives into epics and business features with well-defined requirements and acceptance criteriaUnderstand the scope of enabler work and collaborating with engineering to assist with decision makingCollaborate with other product managers, product owners, architects, and designers across dependent scrum teamsParticipate in backlog grooming, lead epic readiness reviews, and be a key focal point in day-to-day technical development, execution, and performance metrics to deliver differentiated valueGo-to-Market:Collaborate with customer success and cloud support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoptionDefine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to help refine product vision and prepare for executionMonitor and anticipate market trends, develop competitive assessments, and bridge business gaps by authoring technical requirements for engineering teamsHelp drive innovation at a technology company that has been leading the industry for over 40 yearsUltimately, you will ensure the delivery of an innovative offering and solution drawn from customer requirements, market validation, and measured by KPIs
