Guarantee the implementation of actions and monitor results in the Endovascular market to achieve the divisional commercial and financial objectives in the short, mid, and long term.What You'll Do:Define approach strategies, training, promotion, and promotional material for Endovascular products. Identify positioning, benefits, and key messages.Analyze potential markets with direct operations and distributors to execute the provision and launch of Endovascular products throughout the region.Communicate Endovascular strategies to direct sales force and distributors and encourage the adoption of planned actions.Monitor the implementation of strategic planning, analyze trends, and identify opportunities and new competitive advantages in the endovascular field to define actions that support the achievement of defined commercial and financial objectives.Create promotional material and hire service providers to supervise the works; ensure that promotionalmaterials and training processes are aligned with defined business and financial strategies; conduct trainings and support physicians in coronary therapy.Control the Endovascular budget and the distribution of resources among the products throughout the region, considering the needs of the Endovascular portfolio.Maintain a relationship with global product managers and verify inventory availability, changes in product numbers and specifications to define sales, training, and marketing strategies for the commercialization of Endovascular products throughout the region.Act and make decisions within the role, respecting the Company's Code of Conduct.Required QualificationsUniversity bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related fields.Excellent spoken and written English and local language.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
