In this role, you will oversee all steps in the life cycle of products, systems or services, including development, launch, maintenance, pricing and profitability of IEC products in CDMX / Guadalajara.**This position reports to**:Marketing & Sales Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Driving the profitability and life cycle of products and services by defining pricing guidelines and market position.- Overseeing inventory levels and sales volumes to ensure ability to meet customer orders, while tracking and analyzing the performance and trends of products and services- Working closely with R&D to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products and services.- Providing technical and commercial assistance to the sales team.- Working closely with the HR team to ensure is properly organized, staffed and directed.- Guiding, coaching and developing the skills and knowledge of the sales team.**Your background**:- Bachelor's Degree in Electro-Mechanic or Electronic Engineering.- 5 years of experience in similar positions.- Knowledge of IEC motors and previous experience with electric products sales.- Market analysis and sales strategy.- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, Sales Force and Abacus.- Availability to travel.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
