Partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for that feature group.Gather customer requirements and assess market demand to inform product decisions.Ideate, plan, and define a product strategy for your feature/product areas.Work to bring all stakeholders, including engineering, design, user research, and customer success teams to enable product success.Develop a detailed product roadmap and convert business needs into technical specifications for engineers.Facilitate usability reviews with customers, gather feedback, and make evidence-based decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.Champion for usability and accessibility to make every feature inclusive and available to all users.Define success metrics and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Track performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. You'll also manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers.Partner with Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans.
