Purpose As a Product Manager focused on the customer authentication experience you will work closely and primarily with engineering and design teams following up product building through agile development as well as collaborating in defining the strategy to achieve short, mid, and long-term goals. This role will mainly be defining and following complex technical solutions together with engineering managers.
\n Key ResponsibilitiesThis role is responsible for being the gateway to the entire Kueski Ecosystem, including the following activities:Design and implement user registration and authentication experiences that reduce friction while preventing fraudCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure our authentication products meet legal, regulatory, and security requirementsOversee user behavior to prevent fraud and account takeoversDeliver exceptional user creation experiences (for both consumers and merchants) and authentication across products, including Sign Up, Login, and 2FADevelop product roadmaps and align initiatives and epics to transform them into actionable plans, considering dependenciesUnderstand and articulate the business value and intent behind new products or product releasesAdvocate for customer needs by clearly communicating how Kueski can deliver value, developing and implementing product strategy, and providing clarity in problem articulationEstablish and drive a consistent shipping cadenceEnsure the backlog for upcoming sprints is up to dateMaintain high product quality, with minimal bugs and issues, contributing to QA for product featuresFacilitate effective scoping sessions with the team, clearly documenting decisions madeEnsure teams are focused on scoping small, manageable tasksArticulate the impact of the team's latest feature releases, helping teams uncover and respond to actual customer and business impactsDefine key product and use case metrics in collaboration with stakeholders and guidance from senior managementContinuously monitor and communicate product/use case performance to ensure the right metrics are being metValidate product hypotheses through market experiments such as surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testingContribute to a healthy, collaborative, and inclusive product culture in line with company valuesMentor other product team members to support their success Position RequirementsWorked in a startup environmentExperience defining end-to-end products5+ Product Management experience defining end-to-end productsAbility to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.Experience with web/ mobile development technologies.Technical knowledge to define complex solutions and translate them into awesome products.Ideally, the candidate would have experience with payment providers English: Advanced
