At QIAGEN, you make a difference every day.**Position Description**- Develop and implement regional/local marketing plan for Life Science, as well as promotional strategies and budget.- Develop, implement, coordinate and report the outcome of tactical marketing activities in a timely manner and within budget to foster continuous improvement., i.E. seminars, exhibitions, promotions, micro-marketing, CRM management.- Communicate a clear tactical overview of marketing activities to the sales team and customers.- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, networks, KOLs.- Develop sales tools tailored to the needs of the sales people.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or comparable qualification- 3- 5 years of Experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in a diagnostic/pharmaceutical/life sciences industry.- Excellent written and verbal Spanish language communication skills.- Professional level of English language, written and verbal.**Personal Requirements**- Works independently and is proactive.- Has an innovative and problem solving mindset.- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all business levels.- Knows how to work in a fast paced environment.- Ability to think outside of the box.- Travel required (30-40% on national territory).**What we offer**At the heart of QIAGEN are our people who drive our success.
