**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Design, plan and guarantee the execution of marketing strategies and tactics of Oncology & Endocrinology Diseases- business considering local market context, corporate guidelines and priorities (global, regional and local) in order to guarantee business sustainability for RDM- Design and execute launch plans, coordinating phase-in / phase-out strategies of the products corresponding to their business lines and solutions, managing with the different RDM areas what is necessary to guarantee availability- Leads interdisciplinary teams inside and outside the organization to ensure the successful execution of the strategies and tactics proposed for the product lines and disease teams under her/his management- Financial analysis results of the company product- Analysis and planning of sales projection by market by channel- Analysis and generation of sales report Sell Out, inventories by Market evolution- Analysis and generation of Epidemiological information, Patient Potential, population access level- Analysis of the medical universe, account segmentation strategies (Hospitals), contacts (HCP's), interactions and contacts.- Development communication campaigns- Development, planning and execution of the promotional plan- Development of value-added projects for clients- Implementation of a multichannel strategy that allows accelerating the positioning of key brand messages- Knowledge of COFEPRIS regulations and processes for the authorization of promotional material.
**REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related field- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading products in the pharmaceutical sector- Experience working under a multidisciplinary team- Strong projects Management Skills, Driver of accountability, teamwork, focus on delivery, Operating Efficently (process), Creative & Inovative- Ability to travel as dictated by business needs- Advance writing and verbal English- Domain of reports of Sale, Sell IN, Sell Out, Inventories and purchase process for the Public & Private market- CRM tool- Management and monitoring with excellence of suppliers such as creative agencies, market research agencies, etc.- Digital campains- P&L Management- IPSEN is an equal opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful discrimination.
