Join us.Product Manager Rare DiseasesWhat you will doKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan.Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages.Develops LRP with Business Planner.Proposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers.Partners with international PM.Translates/implements international brand campaign locally.Analyses market research and develops POA.Coordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans.Partners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects.Recruits and leads external vendors.Identifies business opportunities and develops business cases.AuthorityDOE sign-off in Brand Team at signature level.OutputsBrand DOE budget.Country brand plans.Sales support tools.Promotional campaign.Marketing events.Product Forecast and LE.Brand Performance.Business presentations for Brand/Franchise/Country Reviews.What we expect of youWe are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The professional we seek has these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree OrMaster's degree and 2 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical companyBachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OrAssociate's degree and 10 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company OrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in similar positions on a big pharmaceutical company.Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication.Preferred Qualifications:2 years of experience in a US pharmaceutical company.Detailed experience in Rare Diseases.Detailed success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position.The launch of a brand End to End.CompetenciesApplies project management and sophisticated analytical skills.Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude
