We hire outstanding individuals and give them the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative atmosphere that values learning, growth, and hard work.**What We Are Looking For**:- Product Support Knowledge - understand the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing product support issues to a development team.- Project/Outsource Management Knowledge - understand the process of successful project management to meet deliverables on time and on budget.- Product Management Knowledge - understand the product management processes, including requirements gathering and user story writing.Experience with contemporary SDLC tools similar to our adopted choices of Jira, Github, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.- Excellent Communicator - Able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating with stakeholders to obtain buy-in. Collaborates with the internal team and with the business. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.- Product / User Interface Design Skills - working knowledge of best practices from human factors and usability perspective a plus.- Zeal to pursue perfection from yourself, your customer(s), your team, and your product.- Energetic with a good, positive attitude. Quick learner and excellent team player.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Oversee technical support tickets, triage support tickets that are bug/dev related, and manage and communicate back to the client support team as issues are addressed by development.- Manage outsourced development teams, through project management processes, such as SOW agreements, schedule and task management, risk and mitigation techniques, regular status reports, and conducting QA/acceptance of deliverables.- Participate in daily team standup, providing decision making and direction to dev resources in areas you are responsible for.- Create project/product artifacts such as detailed requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, guides, mockups, and supporting diagrams or ancillary documentation as required for successful product releases.- Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings, being prepared to discuss requirements of tasks, and prioritization based on data and customer needs.- Research and understand business cases as needed, translating them into user stories and technical requirements.- Assist in writing of test cases, support testing processes, and evaluate results.- Collaborate with marketing to help write detailed release notes.- Collaborate with support to help write detailed training documentation
