Product Manager (Saas B2B Industry)

This role will be responsible for providing product guidance to Founders in our Product and Studios divisions.
Products are all business-to-business (B2) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
**Responsibilities**
- Document and manage Product Specification
- Approve Product Workflows and UX Design
- Interface with the client on a regular basis to ensure alignment between development and product strategy
- Perform regular Backlog Prioritization and Grooming
- Document and Define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Solve Impediments (in coordination with BA/PM) to prevent issues from blocking progress on development
- Lead UAT efforts to ensure high-quality product delivery

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years' experience as a Product Manager
- Experience working with an agile product team
- Proficient in the ability to analyze business or technical problems to guide software development
- Effective at communicating with business analysts, design, and engineering teams
- Proven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to perform product demonstrations
- Experience with analyzing data and customer feedback to draw conclusions and create narrative
- Capable of prioritizing work based on strategy and goals and understanding of impact in the market
- Ability to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Experience with backlog management
- Comfortable working with remote team members
- Availability to be in the Guadalajara offices once a month
