You will be leading the seller squad which is on a mission to develop the OMS (Order Management System) and other solutions for our sellers.You will be part of the global product team that comprise of product managers with significant startup Importante empresa. You?ll be responsible and accountable to work closely with the executive team and define the vision, strategy and stretch goals across the seller squad and for our success.The role will drive business results working closely with Engineering, Design and many other areas in a very collaborative culture.You'll rigorously make decisions based on data and what?s best for our ecosystem, always thinking big, taking risks (willing to make mistakes to learn fast), and you'll roll with the punches at a company that's scaling fast.**Responsibilities**:- You will be responsible for the seller order management system of the International Courier Platform, from the vision to the collaborative work on a daily basis to achieve it. - You will report directly to the International Courier Platform Head of Platform and will get visibility to the Chief Product officer. - You will work horizontally and collaboratively with people of different specialties and backgrounds within one of our squads, with a clear purpose, and autonomy to achieve it. - You will work closely and collaboratively with country managers from multiple countries and cultures to identify consumer problems and needs and solve them through product features. - You should be comfortable actingautonomously in highly complex environments, combining several skills to optimize the chances of creating successful products. - You?ll establish a winner value proposition and lead the delivery team, balancing the requests needs of all the sellers in our ecosystem considering speed, efficiency & profitability. - You?ll help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
