**Overview**:
Our fast-growing team is seeking an innovative, intellectually curious, results-oriented product leader who will be responsible for driving our Fulfillment Center software roadmap. In this position, you will guide the product vision for a team of developers to build the next generation of HireRight's Fulfillment Center software. As a product leader, you will be a pragmatic visionary who can translate business needs into technology solutions that scale both technically and operationally.

You will draw on customer feedback, usage and operational data, and your experience leading technology businesses to set and deliver on big goals for adoption and measuring operational performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and build great fulfillment technology experiences that help human resources professionals perform background checks, make the best hiring decisions
- Develop and oversee the Fulfillment Center product roadmap, help define the day-to-day product development schedule from design through to release, own the product life-cycle, and perform deep analytics on user facing experiences.
- Prioritize feature development that provides the greatest immediate impact
- Collaborate with other product managers to incorporate new learnings, including machine learning models
- Drive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities
- Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve business objectives
- Partner closely with fulfillment operations, engineering, program management, and UX teams to build clear, accessible, and visually compelling products
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning and key business drivers
- Assess new market opportunities, identify hypotheses, develop business cases and share recommended next steps across the end-to-end product experience to senior leadership for budgeting, resource alignment, and prioritization.
- Establish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
- Serve as a communication hub and collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment across the HireRight ecosystem

Qualifications:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, solution architecture, or technology
- Experience in agile product management and end-to-end product delivery
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience working in a Software Development environment.
- Driven leader, collaborator, and relationship builder whose can-do attitude inspires others in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and task delegation
- Excellent communicator both verbally and written with an ability to communicate and persuade with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with an excellent attention to detail
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members
- Strong bias for action; ability to create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Customer-centric with deep empathy and understanding for customers and users
