DescripciónPosition DescriptionNote:Internally, the position is known as Activation Marketer.Job Responsibilities: (1) MarketingLead localization and activation of Global or Area programs to generate demand at end-users and channelLead supply & demand planning to optimize inventoryInvest budget in activating globally aligned marketing programs to achieve desired outcomesProvide insights of local market, product performance, customer demand aedback to Region/AreaDeliver brand & value proposition, positioning and pricing strategies to align with global directionAnalyze and utilize customer POS data rmulate marketing strategiesHandle technical specifications and be an advocar Separation & Purification Sciences Division (SPSD) specifications to work with end customersWork with Country Sales Team to provide market leads to Channel Partner with the objective of meetinancial goalLiaison to locnctions like Channel Marketing, Division teams, Customer Service, salrce, Application Engineering, RegulatoryWorks with Regional team, deliver strategir all marketing plans, including demand generation plan, portfolio management, marketing campaign, digital marketing, communication and creativesCoordinate with Channel Partner and vendor in exhibitions and trade showsMonitor Channel Partner budgets and activities under Marketing DevelopmendDevelop e-Commerce channr SPSD(2) Technical Service/Application EngineeringBringvalue to our customers, drive growth and strengthen 3M's brand globally by: Executing Caerus AE Principles (Big3M, Value, App Rep, Industry, Insights, Training),Executing technical work to qualify and implement 3M at end user/customer level,Leading technical projecom Global/Regional, andSupporting product training to local and channel partner teams.Required Qualification/Importante empresa: Degree or MBA, and proficient in the English languageHas more than years of work Importante empresa in Marketing/ Biopharma, preferably in the Bio/ Purification industryFact based and analytical mindset,Experiences in market research a plusBusiness oriented, and able to collaborate strongly with Regional and Local teamsStrong team player who is able to interact with all levels of peopleResourceful in acquiring rnal market dar opportunity assessment and prioritizationProven track record in implementing integrated marketing campaigns that generate customer demandProven track record in successful commercialization of new productsCategorías: Mercadotecnia - Publicidad - Relaciones PúblicasProductoID:14718221Reportar Vacante
