The Product Marketing Analyst will work with data from a variety of quantitative and qualitative sources to support business decisions.
This role will analyze customer, product, and market data to improve competitive positioning, customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue.
**About the Role**In this position as a **Product Marketing Analyst**, you will:- Analyze the performance of our Practical Law product in multiple customer segments.- Prepare routine, recurring reporting on business performance.- Calculate market sizes using company and third-party data.- Target prospects and current customers for product launches or upselling.- Understand how customers use our products.- Use storytelling and data visualization to explain the significance of your data analysis.- Explain data to non-technical audiences.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data.- Support large and small ad hoc projects as needed.- Support customer research by documenting data and insights.- Communicate effectively with colleagues in a variety of business functions and all levels of seniority.- Prioritize short-term and long-term projects effectively.- Be comfortable with adjusting your priorities to align with changing business needs.- Work well independently and with others.- Learn from feedback and continuously strive to improve the quality of your work.
**About You**You're a good fit for this role if your background includes:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or other quantitative discipline (or comparable work experience).- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.- Excellent Excel skills (beyond pivot tables, lookup formulas, conditional formulas).- Experience with data analysis and visualization.- Experience telling stories with data.- Desired but not required: SQL, Alteryx, statistical analysis.
