.DescriptionQuantum, a worldwide leader in unstructured data storage and protection solutions, is building the next generation of unstructured data and AI/ML workflows and is seeking to grow its Product Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience writing and developing content for growth marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing, and has a proven track record of creating compelling, highly engaging content such as product briefs, data sheets, customer presentations, blog posts, case studies, social media content, and more.This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.You Are A Part Of:As part of the Product Operations team that collaboratively imagines, develops, and markets these highly innovative products, you will help create a variety of content to showcase Quantum's products and solutions, customer achievements, and fun and unique social media and short-form content to move prospects through the buyer's journey to learn more, engage with our sales teams, and buy.Job Responsibilities:Work closely with broader product and sales teams to gather insights and generate content ideas and proposals.Ensure content is aligned with company, product, and solution messaging.Conduct competitive discovery and research to inform product development and marketing efforts.Balance a variety of ongoing tasks and activities of varying priorities with excellent accountability and communication.Suggest and write a variety of content to support product, marketing, and sales initiatives, helping move content from proposal to draft, edit, then final versions.Required Skills and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.3-5 years in product marketing or technical content creation in a technical, B2B or B2C environment, preferably in the technology or data storage industry.Strong English writing and editing skills that are persuasive and able to convey complex technical concepts clearly and accurately.Excellent collaboration and communication skills as part of a geographically dispersed team.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and CRM platforms.Knowledge of the technology industry, especially storage, networking, big data, or life sciences.Experience working with creative directors, graphic designers, or within an advertising agency environment.Why Should You Join Quantum?At Quantum, we understand how to help you capture, manage, and store your video and data – to realize its infinite possibilities.
