.Location: Mexico, RemoteJonajo Consulting, a fast-growing company focused on the beauty industry and other sectors, is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our digital products, with a focus on Virtual Try On for the cosmetics industry. Additionally, we have other apps in the transportation, games, and real estate sectors that require effective marketing strategies. As the Product Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue by developing and executing effective marketing campaigns, positioning and messaging our products, and providing guidance and support to our sales and marketing teams.**Responsibilities**:- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching and support to ensure the team's success.- Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue for our Virtual Try On for the cosmetics industry, as well as other apps in the transportation, games, and real estate sectors.- Create and manage marketing budgets, and track and report on marketing performance and ROI.- Work closely with the product development team to understand user needs and behaviors, and provide product feedback to inform product development and innovation.- Develop and implement product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.- Lead the creation and execution of product launch plans, including market segmentation, value proposition, and competitive analysis.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and success across the business.- Provide targeted coaching for your team to design better campaign plans.- Guide the team's execution of sales narratives and assets, including website copy, social media, and SEO presence.- Plan the marketing budget and allocation.- Report on product feedback to inform product development.- Participate in brainstorming, staff meetings, client meetings, and assist with program development for existing clients and new prospects.- Perform analysis of market trends, customer requirements, competitive strategy, and the identification of opportunities for increasing customer and business value through product differentiation.**Qualifications**:- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management position.- Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.G., Hubspot) and analytics platforms to measure and optimize marketing performance.- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and drive results
