What will you doAs a Product Marketing Engineer, you'll lead the creation of technically accurate, engaging content that resonates with maintenance and production professionals. You'll bridge deep technical knowledge with impactful storytelling to craft materials highlighting TRACTIAN's value to an engineering-centric audience. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, Sales, and Customer Success, conducting field research, engaging directly with customers, and producing content that addresses real-world challenges our audience faces. Your contributions will range from detailed technical guides and video courses to customer interviews and field insights, ensuring all materials reflect the precision and innovation that define TRACTIAN.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical Content Creation: Develop comprehensive, technically accurate content, including videos, white papers, and training courses that engage maintenance and production audiences.Customer Engagement: Conduct interviews, field visits, and direct customer engagement to understand pain points and gather insights, ensuring content resonates with real-world applications.Sales Enablement: Create and manage technical sales materials, such as product guides, case studies, and engineering-focused presentations that equip the sales team with practical, persuasive resources.Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a technical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure content aligns with product features, customer needs, and strategic goals.Research & Competitive Intelligence: Lead technical market research and competitive analysis to guide content direction and ensure relevance in a fast-evolving industry.RequirementsEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, etc), or related fields, and/or experience in the industry/manufacturing.
