The Product Marketing Jr.
Manager is the responsible of the Commercial strategy conception and execution from an early stage in the lifecycle to the end of sales.
This Manager is the owner of the commercial strategy and product management of the given product portfolio and source of NIBU Revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Commercial Strategy
Setting the competitiveness strategy through pricing (NIBU Revenue) and incentives looking after a competitive and profitable portfolio.
Guarantee proper Gross Margin to NSC in balance with Nissan's Profit to maximize volume/profit equation.
Follow up KPIs (grade MIX, Sales Mix, NSC gross margin, M&S expenses) to secure BP achievement.
Present performance results to Local, Regional and Global Functions.
Constant Negotiations with NSCs regarding commercial strategy.
Alignment with NMEX CMM to maximize synergies.
Propose and Follow up MTP NIBU volume based on product milestones and MPRs
Product Management
Lifecycle Positioning and M&S expenses strategy (from Program Milestones to SOS to EOS).
Quarterly control on incentives by-products (Validator)
**Product Launch Principal**:
Brand Positioning Definition (USPs, communication product key messages).
Brief to functions and advertising agency.
Alignment with internal stakeholders about product pricing strategy (MD, Sales Head, Country Managers, FIN, etc.).
Launch, project manager (follow up).
Strategy approval coordination (MSRP & Profit Report)
**Education/Certifications**:
Bachelor's degree (LAE, LEM, CP, LAF, Business)
MBA desirable
