**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Advanced English
- 5-8 years engineering experience in engineering, sales, or marketing to include working knowledge of process control business, marketplace trends, and customer segments.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

**As a Product Engineer **you will
- Coordinate marketing initiatives for assigned product portfolio:
- Develop product plans and product improvements throughout the product's life cycle to support market needs and specifications.
Assist with justification of development projects (portfolio fit, time to market, and business risks) and present to leadership.
- Gain knowledge and awareness of competitive products and strategies for use in defining new products and improvements.
- Support engineering and new product initiatives related to assigned products:
- Coordinate preparation of new product or product modification plans.
Provide industry-level marketing and technical feedback to the product development team.
- Support cost reductions for products in portfolio to improve profitability.
Support idea generation, financial analysis, and execution of these projects.
- Identify product approvals required for portfolio in various global regions.
Coordinate with engineering and quality to gain and maintain these approvals to maintain ability to sell into various markets.
- Drive operations and quality initiatives related to assigned products:
- Develop monthly demand forecasts for individual products to support the Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Monitor product lead times and coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to manage risks to delivery.
Support designing supply chain strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate with quality team to resolve any quality concerns with products and lead the process when necessary.
- Assist sales channel in project pursuits by providing necessary cost and pricing estimates, sizing, and selection insight, and coordinating with project execution team.
