.Description and RequirementsTitle: Product Marketing Manager Location: Mexico City, Mexico Setting: Hybrid Reports to Title: VP Marketing The Opportunity: We are looking for a new Product Marketing Director to be responsible for the launch and the success of our products in market by collaborating with our product, marketing, and commercial teams. The Product Marketing Director will partner with Product Management to develop product roadmaps that align with marketing strategies and customer needs, with Activation Leads and Marketers to develop and execute go-to-market and communication plans, and with Commercial teams to help them engage and succeed with customers. What you will do in this role:Develop the product positioning and overarching value proposition and messaging for the target audience by understanding the audience pain points, product features and benefits, and our strengths and weaknesses relative to the competition.Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align the product roadmap and the marketing strategies, tactics, and priorities with the business OKRs.Drive market and customer research to gather data and insight into target personas, buyer needs, and the preferred purchasing process for the product in our target markets.Define the market opportunity by performing segmentation and targeting exercises that identify the segments with the highest opportunity in each market.Collaborate with regional and in-country marketing leaders and peers to produce consistent and compelling marketing assets for target consumers.Partner with in-country commercial and marketing teams to produce a sales enablement plan and sales tools that differentiate MetLife.Develop competitive analysis including SWOT analysis and how-we-win strategies for use in positioning against similar offerings from competitors.Develop and manage customer testimonials, client case studies and proof points.Create and manage content for videos, partner kits, co-marketing guidelines, Sales pitch decks, RFPs and sales sheets, tailored by market/country.Develop the GTM plan and orchestrate launch execution of products in the target countries.Develop the product and marketing roadmap to drive ongoing momentum.Collaborate with product teams and technology partners to establish key product requirement needs based on market and customer feedback.Develop customer references, testimonials, and case studies for external and internal use.Research and manage coordination and our product marketing strategy for regional Insurtech conference participation, including pre- and post-communication plans for prospects and customers.Create and manage the product marketing competitive insights by country.Develop product retention and upsell/cross-sell strategies.Create Statements of Work, research briefs and manage creative agencies.Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
