Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies requires.
- 5+ years' experience in product marketing across channels (Onsite experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in marketing communications, strategic segmentation, marketing management and developing marketing content.
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to execute high quality deliverables.
- Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less, and a track record of staying on budget and delivering on time.
- Proven track of drawing actionable items from customer insights.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Key job responsibilities
The role of the Product Marketing Manager, Payments Insights is to build and execute effective marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of payment methods on Amazon Mexico. The Payments Insights scope of role involves experimentation, lifecycle and voice of the customer, as well as owning the onsite experience. This includes content development, targeting segment strategy, marketing channel management, and creative development.
This position will work closely with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR and Engineering teams, as well as partner with stakeholder teams to deliver bar-raising experiences for customers. This role requires the ability to think big, dive deep with technical teams, and work across partners in our larger Payments organization. You must be a self-driven individual with a passion for customer experience that brings analytical rigor to the team. It is critical that you work backwards from the customer and think through the customer's needs and pain-points to develop a successful marketing strategy.
