.Product Marketing Specialist**Mission**Desoutter Industrial tools is a global leader in electric and pneumatic assembly and drilling solutions serving a wide range of manufacturing operations, including Aerospace, Automotive, Tiers, Off-Road and General Industry. We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to be the owner of data driven and software technology solutions, industrial hub and integration solutions. He/she will be responsible to discovering new and practical ways to solve real customer issues and show persistence in seeing things through to get results and, also to promote the product direct or through distributors.Reporting to the Marketing Manager Mexico, your main mission will be to work with all the sales and service team in order to assure the right message from the Desoutter Ecosystem.**Roles and Responsibilities**Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:- No direct reports; Position directly responsible for commercial development and technical solution support- Transformational growth for our Process Control, Data Driven Services, and smart connected solutions throughout Mexico.- Develop and execute sales and key customer plans to grow segment share through new customer acquisition and wallet share capture.- Collaborate with customer experience team to cultivate and nurture interactions throughout the customer journey.- Develop new sales in focused general industrial segments (i.E., small engine production, lawn & garden equipment manufacturing, and medical)- Drive transformation within the customer base, focusing our Industry 4.0 smart connected Eco system products, projects & services to deliver value added impact to our end users.- Develop business opportunities with company service portfolio including data driven services.- Provide Technical Support to the sales and projects teams.- Provide re-skilling support to bring software sales, recurring revenue models competency to the team.- Collaborate with Service to ensure alignment with customer needs and to cultivate recurring revenue models.- Work actively with our KCM (Key Customer Manager) to understand / anticipate customer needs.**Profile**- 5 years' experience in business development and leading sales and marketing teams- Business development planning and execution- B2B commercial development in software and recurring revenue models for end user sales growth- Introduction and growth of value-added new products- Execution of large customer projects- Implementation of digital and automated solutions- Leading and creating high performing teams without direct supervision of team members- High knowledge in industrial networks- Fluent English**Edu****cation**- University degree, Mechatronics Eng., Eng., Electromechanical Eng., Systems and communications Eng., Control and Automation Eng
