.**Position Summary**- The Product Owner (PO) is an agile team member who is responsible for the life and roadmap of a specific set of tools that require high availability, continuous improvement, opportunities for user efficiency, and data integrity.- The PO will maximize the value delivered by the team and ensure that the Backlog is aligned with the needs of customers and stakeholders.- As a member of the expanded Product Management function, the PO is the team's primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. Supports the needs and feedback of the software developer.- Extensive work experience as a product owner, project manager and change management advocate.- Previous working knowledge of intermediate-advanced work with JIRA, implementing workflows, approval levels, KPIs and reporting results.- Excellent communication skills both to lead discussions and generate work results.
