Responsibilities:Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best practices for the product development team's designers, developers, and quality personnel.Be the hub of the stakeholders (both internal and external) for our UX Design System, interfacing with the Product Management team, stakeholders, early adopter customers, Services, and the Platform team.Work with Product Management to scope and prioritize new requirements.Create and present the documented requirements to the stakeholders for feedback.Work with UX designers to create an easier and smoother user experience that services the needs of the Blue Yonder portfolio of products.Ensure that the Design System will effectively meet the business objectives of our customers and end users and reflect the vision of the Chief Design Officer.Demonstrate the new functionality to the stakeholders for feedback.Gain an understanding of the business requirements of various Blue Yonder product suites as needed.Gain a masterful understanding of the domain you are leading, customer and user needs, our existing product suite, and the competitive landscape. You will use this foundation to help sculpt the product vision for new features and products. You will aggressively advocate for the quality of user experience within the company.Maintain a fun, supportive, collaborative environment to bring out the best work in those around you.Required Skills:Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.4+ years of prior Business Analyst or Customer Engagement experience working with user experience design systems, common component libraries, and UX frameworks.Has worked in enterprise software user experience. Experience with consumer user experience is a plus.Prior exposure to agile methodology, managing scrum teams, and backlog grooming.Excellent problem-solving and strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.Collaborative with cross-functional stakeholders.Strategic thinker and team player.Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.Our Values:If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
