We need people who share our vision to help us continue developing happy, high-performance teams._**What you'll do**- The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team:- Build the vision of the product and define the incremental path to build it, working closely with the stakeholders to gather requirements, understand, reach agreements among them and prioritize their needs.- Make sure the requirements from the stakeholders are captured in the product backlog and the work done by the team is aligned to it.- Prioritize and maintain a healthy product backlog.- Define and make sure the team understands the objectives, vision of the product, and backlog items and clear up any related questions during the iterations.- As a member of the agile team, being responsible for writing the user stories and the acceptance criteria that best represents product requirements and users' needs.- Agree with the team the sprint goal and sprint backlog, explaining the expected features and ensuring the items are broken down into chunks of functionality that are small enough to be completed during the iteration.- Receive the user stories built by the team and make observations or accept them.- Demonstrate the increments built by the team during the iteration, and make the adjustments to the product backlog.**Essential for the role**- Strong analytical skills- Strong Communication skills- Decision making skills- Strong experience with Agile Frameworks: Scrum & Kanban- Experience engaging project stakeholders not familiar with Agile- Some traditional project management experience (e.G., creating project documentation, managing communications to stakeholders, negotiating schedules with stakeholders, providing status reports to stakeholders not familiar with Agile methods**Desirable for the role**- Basic to Moderate Technical skills- Management Skills
