We want to provide a user friendly, modern experience to enterprise employees when they are interacting with departments including IT, HR, FACILITY, and many others inside of an enterprise company.
The Integration Product Owner role is a challenging and multifaceted function; the product owner will serve as the domain expert and consultant to other teams.
This will require deep technical expertise with Postman, Swagger, mock servers, and the like.
At the same time, the product owner must possess excellent communication skills and be able to manage relationships with 3rd parties and navigate developer ecosystems.
About the Role:
- Directly engage with customers, review analyst publications, evaluate competitive offerings, conduct independent research, and define the product backlog
- Author detailed functional specifications describing requirements and implementation specifics where appropriate
- Lead sprint planning meetings, break down features and manage trade-offs balancing business priorities with fixed deadlines and variable capacity
- Participate in sprint "pod" meetings and adjust scope based on burn-down velocity
- Produce wikis and other deliverables to prepare the customer success team to deliver features to customers
- Assist support teams to ensure that customers are wildly successful
- Support marketing initiatives through co-authored content, trade show presence, analyst inquiries and the like
- Deliver compelling presentations/demos in support of sales
You will bring to the Espressive family:
- Have a track record of success building multidisciplinary enterprise software
- Have hands-on experience working with AI, machine learning, NLP and related technologies
- Have demonstrable expertise working with APIs, 3rd party SDKs, and developer ecosystems
- English is a must
- 5 years of experience in similar role
