**SALARY**
REGULAR+: 24.000 - 40 000 MXN
SENIOR: 31.000 - 52 000 MXN
SENIOR+: 36.000 - 61.000 MXN
**Requirements**:
**Must have**:
- Experience in Product Owner role (min. 3 years).
- Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices (e.g. XP, Dual track). Proved by Scrum.org Certifications (PSM I, PSPO I).
- Scrum.org certifications on level II ( PSPO II or PSM II).
- High skills in Communication and conflict resolution.
- Client-centric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client.
- Business awareness, i.e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits.
- Analytical and observational skills.
- Focus on continuous improvement, both on team's and individual level.
- Very good command of English (min. C1).
- "Servant leadership" approach.
- Experience in creating User Stories (with acceptance criteria and test scenarios(e.g. Gherkin scenarios).
**Nice to have**:
- Knowledge of project management techniques and frameworks will be a plus (PMP, Prince2, Waterfall).
- Experience in Scrum Master role.
- Experience in working with Product Design.
- Experience in working with DevOps.
- Technical knowledge.
