Through our premier brands - Thermo Scientific, Applied Biosystems, Invitrogen, Fisher Scientific and Unity Lab Services.**Location/Division**: Tijuana, Mexico Corporate Offices**What will you do?**- Facilitative leader who can encourage agile scrum teams and drive consensus and decision- Work with Product Managers, Solution Owner, Engineering manager, Architects, UI/UX designers and global colleagues to turn innovative ideas and customer problems into valuable software epics and user stories- Builds well-defined product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria depending on product roadmap features- Prioritizes and maintains the product backlog for assigned features, balancing the requirements of stakeholders- Plan and build sufficient work for next few sprints- Work with the Release Train Engineer, Product Management, and their Scrum Master to ensure the team is prepared in advance of program level events such as PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt and system demos- Assists team in effective preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt- Guides the team in establishing normalized estimates and helps to understand on how to estimate Features and Capabilities- Leads functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology- Defines and conducts go-to-market plan, working to ensure that product management, marketing, and leadership have what they need to be successful- Prioritize feature backlog and define product increments to improve customer value and meet business goals- Collaborate with scrum teams and other product owners to advance our digital science roadmap though quarterly software releases**How will you get here?****Education**Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent of 6+ years of experience**Experience**- Minimum 4+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment across multiple cross-functional teams- Demonstrated ability in software development as a developer or Business Analyst- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and the relevant tools like Jira and Confluence- The ability to get things done and move things forward actively- Experience optimally driving end-to-end delivery of data and intelligence solutions, including a wide variety of mechanisms, e.G
