We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world's toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, ensuring our food is safe, or helping find cures for cancer.Discover Impactful Work:**A Day in the Life**:- Creates, refines, and deletes work items in the team backlog to keep it organized, relevant, and progressively elaborated just in time.- Works with Product Management, customers, and stakeholders to ensure their wants and needs are backed into the backlog in succinct and plain language.- Collaborates with Product Managers, Solution Owners, Architects, and development team to refine new and or enhanced product requirements and functionality. Acts as an effective communication bridge- Obtains guidance and clarity on the product vision, roadmap, and requirements from product management and stakeholders.- Collaborates with the development team and Scrum Master to define a priority-based sprint plan, estimate stories/tasks, follow up on open questions, and plan launching activities.- Articulates requirements for each user story/task with detailed acceptance criteria.- Owns priority of work items in the backlog at the team level with some priorities inherited from the parent program backlog.- Conducts the review and acceptance of user stories implemented by a team within a sprint.- Hosts and facilitates sprint review /demo as well as formulating relevant attendee list for each session.- Leads sprint planning and refinement sessions.- Ensure required artifacts are produced and readily available for PMO memorialization for audit and compliance.- Represents their team for PO Sync in order to coordinate/communicate shifting priorities- Works with the Release Train Engineer, Product Management, and their Scrum Master to ensure the team is prepared in advance of program level events such as PI Planning, Inspect and Adapt and system or PI demos- Ensures there is enough "ready" backlog to sustain team planning every two weeks.**Keys to Success**:**Education and Experience**:- Bachelor's in business or engineering-related field preferred.- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various audiences.- 2+ years of hands-on Product Owner or Project Management Experience.- Ability to lead and train teams through sprint facilitation, refinement, and planning.- Ability to listen to and understand business and customer needs.- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, relationship building, and negotiation.- Ability to convert high-level business requirements into detailed product requirements/stories
