.**Senior Product Owner - Project Manager****Welcome to Priio!****We are looking for the ideal person for the position of Senior Product Owner, this is a versatile position with a strong influence on all aspects of bringing a product concept to life as a service and for project management.****The Product Owner will have to liaise with the various parties involved, including designers, developers, marketing specialists and department leaders.*****Responsibilities**:- Define the next new product to be developed, and communicate the different visions to the team.- Manage potential product backlogs to optimize existing and future lead times.- Accurately and efficiently manage the prioritization of the various projects and constantly monitor subsequent developments.- Communicate the product vision to others and oversee all stages of product development.- To know all the requirements that the product must meet to satisfy the customer's needs.- Work with clients to determine their specific needs, and inform the team of their interests.- Assume responsibility for all stages of the product realization process and monitor consumer reaction to new launches.- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.- Evaluate developer's performance.- Keep track of the project's progress and diagnose and defuse problems and obstacles.- Manage changes in project scope and schedule.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.- Perform project reviews.- Strategy development and presentation of ideas to stakeholders.Technical skills- Application knowledge.- Agile management oriented (Scrum, Kanban).- Basic knowledge in UX/UI, programming, networking and cloud computing.- Knowledge in product development.- Knowledge in innovation methodologies.- Knowledge in design thinking.- Previous work experience as Product Owner.- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite.- Great educational background, focused in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.**Soft Skills- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.- Must be fluent in conversational business english.**Priio Benefits:- 21 paid vacation days since day 1- Christmas bonus (15 days)- Vacation bonus (50% of daily salary)- 5% savings fund paid yearly- $ 1,000
