**Requirements**:- **3+ years** experience as a **Product Owner**:- Experience in **digital products**:- Knowledge of digital development processes as well as **digital data security processes - Agile/Scrum **methodology- Experience working in an **international environment**:- **Fluent** command of **English**:- **Bachelor's or Master's Degree****Nice to have**:- **PSPO 1 Certification**:- Commercial experience **(sales or marketing roles)**, ideally with **P&L accountability**:- **Customer experience management** - experience of value proposition development or journey mapping (service design or experience design)- **Strong project management and communication skills****Responsibilities**:- **Manage backlog** and **prioritization for product roadmap **with dev/ops squad- Responsible for **overall vision for digital product**:- strategy and roadmap- **Manage operation of tools** that have been scaled up and in DevOps mode- **Ensure compliance** to digital and data security processes- Interface with I&E, Data security, and digital security stakeholders, as well as vendors- **Interface and work with approved digital platforms** such as Salesforce etc to ensure continuous improvement and evolution of platform**Why work with us?
