**Job Summary**The Sourcing Manager II leads the regional Sourcing effort related to driving competitive advantage and cost savings.
Ensures the management of leveraged agreements, key supplier and customer relationships, and the effective execution of commodity planning and management with the assigned Region.
Successfully implements, executes, and complies with the regional procurement and commodity/spend category strategies, contracts, processes, and policies.
Leads the regional Sourcing team to focus on performing these functions for all identified Regional leverage opportunities.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:- Lead, manage, and develop subregion Sourcing teams of Project Procurement Managers (PPM's) and Buyers.
Ensure compliance to Sourcing policies- Become an extended part of Service Director's staff - attend staff meetings and other updates, understand subregion issues and opportunities, become a trusted advisor and problem solver.
Develop strong working relationships with SD staff- Implement and drive Daily Management tools and Leader Standard Work- Lead subregion Sourcing updates- Manage safety, quality, delivery, cost, and cash metrics for subregion and ensure team is delivering to targets- Develop and implement regional commodity strategies for assigned commodities.
Distribute to other subregion teams and ensure strategies are communicated to the Events team.
Ensure other Sourcing Manager strategies are implemented in your subregion, i.E.
primary and secondary supplier by state/region- Understand subregion specific market conditions and ensure strategies are developed to address
